RecurDyn News & Tips

In the News:

Brant Ross of MotionPort visits with the FunctionBay staff in South Korea

Each spring FunctionBay hosts a meeting with the sales and support offices from around the world who work with RecurDyn.

This year the meeting was moved up a few weeks so that the group could attend a few events of the 2018 Winter Olympics in between the regular meetings.

The group had the opportunity to review and discuss the work that is being done to provide exciting new features for RecurDyn V9R2 (which will be released this fall).

Most of the group traveled from Seoul to the Olympic Village to become spectators at the events.

The Olympic events that were attended included Freestyle Skiing (halfpipe) finals (USA finished #1 and #2), and the 1000m Speed Skating finals.

Upcoming Conference: CAASE18

Join Brant Ross of MotionPort at the CAASE 2018 conference in Cleveland, Ohio on June 5-7, 2018. He will be presenting:

“On the Correct Preloading of Nonlinear Flexible Bodies to Achieve Accurate Multibody Simulation Results.”
